Stand up. Speak out. Fight back.

About Us

WeTweet.org is a social media advocacy tool designed to encourage and enable activists to tell elected officials (and candidates too) what issues matter most to them.

Why Twitter? It’s simple. Nearly every member of the U.S. Senate and House of Representatives has an account on Twitter. And most candidates do too.

WeTweet.org provides an easy (and very public) way for individual activists to speak out.

Activists may choose from a list of prepared tweets that promote policies consistent with the National Partnership for Women & Families' mission to make America more healthy, fair and family friendly.

After entering their zip code, activists then select an elected official or candidate to contact via Twitter. Data used on the site are made available, in part, courtesy of the Sunlight Foundation.

Developed by the National Partnership as a nonpartisan, 501(c)(3) friendly tool, WeTweet.org is free to use — and no personal information is collected on the site.

So what are you waiting for? Start tweeting now.
